Article 1 — Scope

These terms apply to every sale made on the SAVUYA website, published by ADIGICOM LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

Article 2 — Who can order

This website is intended for consumers with a delivery address in the United States. An address outside the United States cannot be selected at checkout.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout: shipping is free and nothing is added.

Article 4 — Orders

The sale is complete once you have confirmed your order at checkout and the payment has been accepted. You receive an order confirmation by email.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is taken at the time of the order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. We never receive or store any of your card details.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery terms and times are set out in our shipping policy.

Article 7 — Returns and refunds

See our refund policy: 30 days to change your mind, money back, no reason needed. This policy is in addition to the rights you have under applicable federal and state consumer protection law, and does not limit them.

Article 8 — Using the product

The SAVUYA mirror is a decorative LED item powered by the USB cable included in the box. It is not a toy, and installation is meant to be done by an adult.

Article 9 — Complaints

Any complaint can be sent to contact@savuya.com. We aim to reply within 24 business hours and we always look for a solution together first.

Article 10 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, including every mandatory consumer protection provision that applies. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the law.
