What does it look like with the lights off?
Off, it’s a mirrored acrylic panel with the name and number cut through the surface. It reflects the way acrylic reflects — it isn’t glass, and we’d rather tell you that here than have you find out when you open the box. Switched on, the light comes up through the cut lines.
I’m typing a name — what if I get it wrong?
Up to twelve letters, plus a number. It’s cut to order once you check out, so read it back out loud before you add it to the cart: the name and the number are the two things that can’t be changed afterwards.
Can I order two or three with different names?
Yes. Pick 2 or 3 at the top of the product page and you’ll type a name and a number for each one. They’re cut at the same size and they come in the same order, so no one ends up with the odd one out.
What if it shows up damaged?
Contact us within your 30 days and the 30-day returns shown at the top of this page apply. It runs from the day it’s delivered, not from the day you order — so open it when it lands, even if you’re giving it later.
Can I change the light color?
Yes — it’s usually the first thing they do with it. The remote switches colors and dims the light right down for sleeping.
How do I hang it, and will it hold?
