Refund policy

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back and get your money back, and you do not have to tell us why.

Thirty days to decide, not thirty days of use. We ask that the item comes back complete and in resalable condition.

You may open the package and look the item over the way you would in a store. That alone never costs you your refund.

How to return an item

Write to us first at contact@savuya.com with your order number. We send you the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you hear from us: without our notice we cannot trace the package.

Refunds

Your refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving the item, to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Defective or damaged item

If the item arrives defective or damaged, we pay the return shipping. Write to us at contact@savuya.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Your rights under the law

This 30-day policy is in addition to the rights you have under applicable federal and state consumer protection law, which this policy does not limit in any way.

We do not sell any paid extended warranty.
